Building champions from the ground up — technique, confidence, and most importantly a love for the sport.
Our Edge Kids Wrestling program is the foundation of Edge's athlete pipeline. Designed for boys and girls ages 3.5–12, these classes introduce young athletes to the core skills of wrestling through age–appropriate drills, games, and live wrestling.
We believe wrestling is one of the greatest sports for developing not just physical skills but life skills — discipline, resilience, and the ability to compete and lose with grace. Our coaches are trained in youth-specific pedagogy and create a safe, positive environment every session.
Edge Kids sessions are grouped by age and skill level. We maintain low coach-to-athlete ratios to ensure every kid gets quality instruction and attention. All practices take place on regulation wrestling mats in our Hoboken facility.
Participation in tournaments is encouraged but never mandatory. We attend local and regional tournaments to provide age and skill-appropriate competition throughout the year.
