Competitive development for scholastic athletes targeting varsity success and beyond.
Edge's High School Program bridges the gap between Edge Kids development and elite competition. Athletes ages 14–18 train in a high-intensity environment focused on technical mastery, physical conditioning, and mental toughness — the three pillars of a dominant wrestler.
Our coaches work closely with school teams throughout the region to ensure Edge training complements and elevates the athlete's in-season performance. Many of our alumni have gone on to compete across all collegiate levels (D1-3, NAIA, and JuCo).
The program runs according to the scholastic calendar with an intensive fall pre-season block and an in-season block focused on supplementing school team practices. Off-season training focuses on technique refinement, Freestyle/Greco-Roman participation, and physical development without the weight-cutting pressure of the competitive season.
Edge athletes compete in dual teams, local tournaments, and state/regional/national-level tournaments. We help coordinate transportation and have coaches present at most events where our athletes compete.

Not at all. Level 1 is built for wrestlers with 0–1 years of experience and focuses on fundamentals. Athletes are grouped by experience and skill, so beginners train at a pace that builds confidence, not frustration.
Edge training complements scholastic wrestling. During the school season we support what your team is doing with extra mat time and technical refinement; in the off-season we focus on the development that separates varsity contributors from state qualifiers.
Yes. Our top level is geared toward wrestling at the collegiate level, and our coaches bring NCAA All-American and national-level credentials. We help athletes build the training habits, technique, and competition résumé that college programs look for.
Wrestling shoes and athletic clothes for practice; headgear is recommended for live wrestling. We have shoes you can borrow on your first day. If your athlete is brand new, come try a class first — we can advise on gear after that.
