SMS & Text Messaging: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Children's Privacy

A significant portion of our members are minors. We are committed to protecting children's privacy in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable New Jersey law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Enrollment of participants under 13 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who provides consent on the child's behalf.
