**TERMS OF SERVICE — Edge Hoboken**

**1. Acceptance of Terms**
By accessing or using the Edge Hoboken website (edgehoboken.com) or enrolling in any Edge Hoboken program, class, or event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are enrolling a minor, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the minor. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, members, trial participants, and any other individuals who access or use our services.

**2. Membership & Registration**
Enrollment in Edge Hoboken programs is completed through our registration platform. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
Membership levels are determined by our coaching staff based on age, experience, and developmental readiness. Advancement to higher program levels is at the sole discretion of Edge Hoboken coaches.
Edge Hoboken reserves the right to deny or revoke membership for any participant who violates these terms, endangers the safety of others, or is otherwise deemed unsuitable for participation by our staff.

**3. Physical Activity & Assumption of Risk**
Wrestling and martial arts training are physically demanding activities that carry inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, bruises, fractures, and other physical harm. By enrolling in any Edge Hoboken program, you — or the parent or legal guardian of a minor — voluntarily acknowledge and assume all such risks.
You represent that the participant is in good physical health and has no medical condition that would preclude safe participation. Edge Hoboken recommends consulting a physician before beginning any new athletic program, particularly if the participant has a pre-existing medical condition.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edge Hoboken, its coaches, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or damage arising from participation in our programs. A separate liability waiver may be required at enrollment.

**4. Code of Conduct**
Edge Hoboken is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all athletes, coaches, and families. All participants and guests are expected to:
- Treat all coaches, athletes, and staff with respect at all times
- Follow all instructions given by coaching staff
- Refrain from bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behavior of any kind
- Conduct themselves appropriately during practices, competitions, and club events
- Arrive on time and prepared for training sessions
- Report any unsafe conditions or concerns to staff immediately
Edge Hoboken reserves the right to remove any participant, parent, or guest from the facility and terminate membership without refund for conduct that violates this code or creates an unsafe environment.

**5. Payments & Refunds**
Membership fees are billed as described at the time of enrollment. By enrolling, you authorize Edge Hoboken to charge the payment method on file for your selected membership plan.
**Trial Sessions:** Trial session fees are non-refundable. Trials are a one-time opportunity for new participants to experience our programs.
**Monthly Memberships:** Month-to-month memberships may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued.
**Commitment Plans (12, 24, or 48 weeks):** Commitment-based memberships are prepaid and non-refundable except in the case of a documented medical condition that prevents continued participation, at Edge Hoboken's discretion.
**Program Cancellations:** If Edge Hoboken cancels a scheduled class or session, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a make-up session or credit. Edge Hoboken is not responsible for cancellations due to facility closures, weather, or events beyond our control.
All billing disputes must be submitted in writing to studentservices@edgehoboken.com within 30 days of the charge in question.

**6. Photography & Media**
Edge Hoboken may photograph or video record training sessions, competitions, and club events for promotional, educational, and archival purposes. By participating in our programs, you grant Edge Hoboken a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images and recordings in which you or your minor appear for club-related marketing and communications, including on our website and social media channels.
If you do not consent to the use of your or your minor's likeness, please notify us in writing at studentservices@edgehoboken.com.

**7. Intellectual Property**
All content on the Edge Hoboken website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and video — is the property of Edge Hoboken and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without prior written permission.

Our website is provided for informational purposes only. Edge Hoboken makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the information on this site. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Edge Hoboken's services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hudson County, New Jersey.
