3 tips to Stay fit in Summer

1. Constantly stay hydrated:

You should be consuming 8-10 oz of water to start your morning and immediately before bed. Make your goal to maintain 64 oz of water throughout the day.

2. Have a reason to stay in shape:

Whether it be your children, a competition, a 5k or even vanity. A lack of a reason and one weekend BBQ is all you need to fall back to bad habits. Click here to get the full article and Ray’s tips.

3. Don’t be afraid to eat:

If you feel defeated because you had too many burgers on Sunday, then food wins. Instead, focus on the occasional cheap meal is actually something you may need mentally and physically to stay on your consistent path. Especially if you’ve upped your training and your diet is low in carbs.
