The Wrestling Coach, Jeffrey P Marsh, teaches you what is good about a wrestling stance vs a Jiu Jitsu stance. Start using this stance in Jiu Jitsu or Wrestling and you will get more counter takedowns, get taken down less and no longer be afraid of going on your feet with more advanced wrestlers.

Keys:
-Hips under your chest and shoulders, not protruding back.
-Shoulder, knee, heel in alignment
-Weight evenly balanced between your legs/feet at just wider than shoulder width
-On the balls of your feet yet weight balanced feet (not on your toes)
